Kuala Pilah

Last weekend mostly g kenduri kahwin. Bangi on Saturday and Kuala Pilah on Sunday.

Bangi was kenduri for Siti Liyana, a friend of mine back when I was in KLIUC. We joined the same Center of Foundation Studies except for she was in Eng. while I was in Business. We will be in the same class only for Math and English.
I arrived a bit late, almost 2 pm, but manage to still congrats the couple. Because of that I dint get the chance to meet other friend. But it's ok. next time maybe. Or on my own next year? A bit late? We find time this year la k?

As for the one in Kuala Pilah (Kolopilah, my late ayah's kampung) was for collegues. He is in night shift, so I will only see him during important event say 2x a year?
His wife is beautiful in black wedding dress (i'm thinking to have the same theme too or maybe combination of black white :) )
Their wedding was held at Dewan Dato Bahaman, Kuala Pilah. Even though it's not at home area but the I enjoyed the food, it is as the same as kenduri kampung that I often attend when I was a child. I think there was 5 to 6 choices of lauk kampung , with ulam, sambal belacan and ikan masin. Definetely my kind of lauk when I want to kenduri next year. The important part of kenduri to me is lauk pauk and tempat makan. I dont really mind if my bersanding is simple.

On the way back we bought daging salai, Hamim wanted to eat gulai masak lemak cili api.Cooked for him and turn out to be super pedas, but they say that's the way you cook daging salai masak lemak, pedas pedas giler style. Glad that he like it :) not sure about others.

Hamim brought mr to Ulu Bendul, went to Taman Ular Sawa, pertunjukan ular, I manage to rendam kaki in the cold air terjun :) Best! and thanks Hamim for driving me :)
